This is the Sword of Ibelin from the 2005 Ridley Scott film "Kingdom of Heaven". Passed down to the french blacksmith Balian from his illegitimate father, Godfrey the Baron of Ibelin.
The film protagonist Balian is loosely based on Balian of Ibelin, also known as Barisan the Younger, who was a crusader and noble of the Kingdom of Jerusalem in the 12th century.
