German Broadsword

The Writhen Hilt sword is a 15thC German hand and a half sword that survives to this day in possession of the British Royal Armouries. This is a LARP approved weapon based upon that very sword, and captures the detail of the natural curves and twists that dominate the design of the hilt and pommel.

Perfect for knights, warriors and rangers, the hand and a half sword is versatile enough to be wielded in one hand, but with the power to be swung with two, if needed. Constructed of solid foam and with a fibreglass core, this sword is a great addition to any LARP collection.
