Roman Gladius - Elaborate

This stylised, ornately decorated gladius comes complete with an intricately decorated scabbard with chain and a display stand.

Features:

• Patterning along the blade with a Quaternary knot at the hilt end.

• A sigil of the mythical founders of the Roman empire, twin brothers Romulus and Remus with the she-wolf that raised them on one side of the guard and the Roman eagle sigil upon the reverse side of the guard.

• Grape and vine patterning around the guard and pommel.

• A mounted warrior leading soldiers on foot around the opening of the scabbard.

• Decorative patterning and edging around the middle of the scabbard and encasing the tip.
